Matthew is the CEO & Co-Founder of Borderless, a technology platform revolutionising hiring and sponsorship in the UK’s Care Sector, helping providers solve persistent and acute staffing challenges. Matthew co-founded Borderless in December 2022, during his time on Entrepreneur First, Europe’s leading startup accelerator program. Prior to founding Borderless, Matthew spent 5 years in California, first doing an MBA at UC Berkeley (where he founded a student-led VC fund) and subsequently working in early and late stage technology company, mostly with an AI focus, in product leadership roles. Matthew studied Maths & Computer Science at Oxford, where he first discovered his passion for entrepreneurship by founded an ecommerce company. He spent his early career working in London in hedge funds and private equity but decided that founding mission driven companies was more impactful and exciting!
