His various accomplishments in the industry include fulfilling his roles as a Founder / Chief Executive Officer of MI, Managing Editor of Real Asset Media Journal, and Co-founder and Chair of the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association. Since 2020, the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association is driving forward the senior housing and healthcare real estate sector by bringing together the industry leaders. The SHHA journey started from scratch and is driven by purpose, thought leadership and willingness to share, both multi-stakeholder, with peers and cross border. Sharing energy, vision and best practices on our ageing society is our purpose. Reframing the markets with focus on consumer behavior of older adults, livability and affordability. Developing state-of-the-art operational real estate and being an attractive employer as healthcare operator. And our asset class is outperforming on ESG, from decarbonization, measuring social impact and valuation till governance. We have become a voice for the industry and making significant impact, creating collective energy and alignment in the value chain.
