Description
Lorenzo Gasparrini brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of domestic work and family policy, coupled with knowledge of the health care and pension fund. He is the Secretary General of DOMINA, National Association for Family Employment within the Domestic Work Sector (the Association is signatory of the national collective agreement on domestic work and it is an authoritative and specialised representative with the main Italian governmental parts), President of EBINCOLF – Bilateral Organisation on domestic work (promotes training and professional qualification initiatives, provides information activities on safety in the workplace, conducts sector analyses and studies on domestic) and member of the Executive Board of FONDO COLF. Mr. Gasparrini served as President of CAS.SA.COLF (provides social welfare and insurance benefits to employers and domestic workers) from 2016 to 2021.
He has an MA in Pension Fund Market Development and a Master's Degree in Political Science.
